1) Your résumé:
it must be clear, concise, contain the most important aspects of your education, professional experience and abilities. Your CV must capture the attention of those who read it and open the doors for an interview. Bear in mind what you want to communicate - all information you post must be relevant.
Tips:
- Use paragraphs of less than 7 lines, be concise
- Check closely the spelling of the document
- Use 2.5 cm margins each side; ensure your résumé be formal and visually attractive
- Avoid the use of abbreviations
- Do not use paper with irregular format or intense colors
- Do not be imprecise when managing much information
- Communicate clearly the position you want to get
2) Your job interview:
show that you are academically and professionally prepared to perform the position you apply for. Show that you have the right attitude to belong to a high-performance team. There is no second chance to provoke a good first impression.
Tips:
- Use formal dressing (dark blue, black or grey); make sure your image is neat
- Be discrete as for jewelry, make up, or perfume • Be promt (do not arrive before nor after the agreed schedule)
